"Make Kindness a Contact Sport"

This sentence is the mantra behind the "Shoulder Check" campaign. Shoulder Check is an #HT40 Foundation initiative inspiring young men and women to commit to supporting one another through small acts that have a significant impact. To show them that 'being there' is as simple as a hand on a shoulder. We partnered with the NHL and got some of hockey's biggest stars to come together for an all-star game and demonstrate their commitment by wearing our designed Shoulder Check Blue Shoulder jersey.

The activation took place in Darien, CT. Over 2,000 people and over 20 major league hockey players attended the showcase game. The campaign was so successful the NHL is planning on hosting a Shoulder Check game night during the regular season.

I was involved with the announcement film storyboarding, visual asset selection, webpage copy, and social media post copy.

The campaign resulted in 102M+ Total impressions across press and social, 2,100+ Commitments made by Showcase attendees, 126K+ Total Engagements on @theshouldercheck, and 13K+ Website visits on shouldercheck.com.
